How do we make a referral? 

Please direct initial referral inquiries to Julie Taylor at or (802) 371-9867.  Please provide us with an e-mail address and best phone number and please be as specific as you can about what type of services you would like.  That way, when we contact you, we can provide you with more information about cost, when we can schedule the service and help answer any more questions you may have about our services.  Please plan to spend 15 – 20 minutes on the phone with Julie Taylor, VOICE, LLC AAC Center director to determine which service will best meet your needs.

What happens after we make a referral?

You will receive a referral packet via the mail or e-mail with a clear, step by step check list instructing you on how to proceed.

What if we don’t know what service we need?

If you are uncertain about what service you feel would meet your needs, please see links to Evaluations, Consultation, Training and Groups, etc. for explicit information about services.  Most of your questions about type of service will be easily answered by linking to these pages.  You can also find many answers to your questions on our Frequently Asked Questions link.
